Meet The Team
In 2017, when ICOL was formed, Deb's vision was to bring people into the world and leave the world with grace, integrity, and honesty. She learned that there is tremendous power when others come together to assist each other in life.
The Institute for the Cycles of Life provides counseling services, facilitating final wishes, birthing services (certified Doula), and geriatric case management.
Deb is passionate about education, healthcare, and people. She is thankful for the opportunities to speak in the community about healthcare. When people come together and learn from each other from their personal experiences, is one of her greatest joys.
Deb has been married to a wonderful man, for the last 30 years. They have two beautiful and amazing daughters, 22 and 21 years old. She enjoys being outside, camping, walking, traveling and her favorite food is Thai curry.
Deb currently resides in the Chicago land area.

Abby is currently in graduate school studying criminology & criminal justice in Portland, Oregon. Her undergraduate degree was in forensic psychology at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona.
She is passionate about helping people, is skilled in organizational development and administration. She enjoys the outdoors, tennis, and spending time with friends and family. Her favorite vacation spot is Cancún, Mexico.

Patty Shutt, owner and operator of Alternative Billing Solutions has over 19 years of Chiropractic office experience, including front desk procedures, customer service, billing and collections, (which include commercial insurance, Medicare, Workman’s Compensation, and Personal Injury), accounts payable and receivables, patient statements, and patient care.
Although Chiropractic billing has been her specialty, she also has continued success billing for Clinical Psychology, General MD, Lab, Neuropsychology, Nurse Practitioners, Orthotics, Physical Therapy & Social Work.
