Counseling
As a social worker, I provide individual counseling, marital counseling to teenagers, adults and couples.  I actively listen to clients and offer guidance, coaching and support.  A primary goal for me in working with any client is to establish trust early on in our therapeutic relationship.  I believe honesty, authenticity, and open communication is critical to working together successfully. My role is one of support and guidance in partnership with the medical professionals.  Various forms of communication tools will be used to meet your needs.  I provide one on one meetings in person as well as phone calls.  The length of time of the these meetings varies from 1-3 hours, dependent upon you and your family's need.  I can be reached through email, text,  Zoom, Facetime, or Skype as well.

  • ​Deb offers 60 minute psychotherapy sessions. Insurance and private pay accepted.

  $150/hr session
​Package B
​
  • Deb offers 5 hours telehealth sessions to meet your flexible schedules. This can range from 15 minute calls up to 1 hour. These sessions are private pay.

$650/5 hr

​
  • ​Deb offers 10  hours telehealth sessions to meet your flexible schedules. This can range from 15 minute calls up to 1 hour. These sessions are private pay.

   $1250/10 hour              session
Accepted Insurances: BCBS, Aetna, Optum, Magellan, Cigna, Medicare Part B, and United Healthcare
